Can I hold funds in my Bokes account long-term?
No. Under UK regulations, Bokes provides a Payment Account, not a deposit or savings account. Your funds must be held for the purpose of executing commercial payments. To comply with regulatory requirements against unauthorised deposit-taking, if funds remain inactive without a valid payment instruction for over 60 days, we are obliged to return them to your original funding source.
